How to use Confluence API to get actual data / values from two dimensional filter statistics

I'd like to use the Confluence API to get the actual data entered for a confluence page.
my confluence page has 15 two dimensional filter statistics(jira filter macros)

Confluence connects to Jira via oauth and pulls live data from Jira to display Dashboard Gadgets.  The data isn't stored in Confluence. You would need to query Jira in order to do this.
