How to uninstall plugin without admin interface?

I want to uninstall a Plugin without admin interface. Can i delete this plugin in any confluence folder?

You should be able to go the add-on manager and just uninstall it.

The Plugin crashed my Confluence. I have no Webinterface. No Add-On Manager. I want to delete it by database or filesystem.
