Dear all,
I hope someone can help me with the following :D

CONTEXT
I have a single master table as my database, with several views/filters showing projects by status.

NEED
As a user I want a pop-up (showing only some columns from my master table) window to be displayed, when I change the project status to "X" value, so I can then populated those values.

Thanks a lot!

Hi @EDGAR EZDRAZ BAEZ DE LA PENA

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

As far as I know, standard Confluence tables don’t have built-in “if-then” logic or pop-up triggers. However, I do have two suggestions:

  1. If your master table is just a list of projects, you can organize everything by importing the data into Jira and then showing it in Confluence with the Jira Issues Macro. This makes it easier to manage and view your project details. In Jira, you can set up a Workflow Screen so that when someone changes the status to "X," Jira will automatically show a pop-up window (called a transition screen) asking for the needed columns or fields.
  2. If you use the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app by Stiltsoft, you can make your tables more interactive and flexible. With the Table Transformer macro, you can write a simple SQL-like statement to hide or highlight certain cells, especially when Status = "X". While this won’t create a pop-up, it does give a clear visual cue, like turning empty cells bright red, to show that some data needs attention.
