How to tell if another person is working on an application

When working in Keystone, example - on a consumer application, is there a way to tell if another person / underwriter is already in the application?  We have USER set up on the branch level but in the back office any number of underwriters can click  on the same application.

Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

In Confluence (which I have to assume you are calling "Keystone"), if two people are working on the same page, they have icons showing who is active at the top of the edit page, and you'll be able to see their cursors entering characters as they type.

Hi - I don't see what you are seeing.  I don't have an edit page.  The program I'm working with is called Keystone and the support site for questions is Confluence.  Thank you though!

Ah, I see, you've clicked on "help with Confluence", rather than "help with Keystone".

I'm afraid you'll need to go back to Keystone support.
