How to stop email notifications from Confluence?

Hi 

I have a problem, Confluence keeps sending me unwanted notification emails and it is filling my mail box, Please help me how do I stop this I have already turned off the auto-watch feature and all features under email setting is un-checked but I still keep getting them. 

Also not using any third party plugins. 

Please help.

Have you ever checked other configurations in Email Settings?

In addition to the above, you need to stop watching the space or page in your personal settings.
