How to solve issue with previewing docs. type of file?

Hi,

I receive such type of error even when I'm uploading docs. type not pdf.
Can you advise please how properly upload file?

(I tried incognito as well, using Chrome. Didn't help)

Hi Olya,

I hope you're having a nice day, besides the issue previewing the attachment.

I did some tests previewing .doc and .docx files, along with PDF files, but none of them returned this error or similar to your image.
Also, I was able to preview the .docx file without any problem, but this is a weird error.

In this case, we would like to take a closer look at it, so I have raised a support ticket on your behalf, which you can access here: JST-678807
