Any new information on this feature? I am also looking for the "@currentuser" ability in a Task Report.

Hello Henry,

You can use Table Filter macro to filter Task Report macro by current user: add a dropdown filter for Assignee column, select @currentUser and save the filter. Additionally you can hide the filtration pane.

hello Andrey,

thx for your answer. Nice to see that there is a Commercial solution, but i don´t Need the rest of the functions.

a Task report for "current user" should be a Basic thing in Confluence.

In times of responsive behaviours it is a must be and not a nice to have theme.

P.S..: @AnnWorley will it be possible to implemantate the "@currentuser" to the filter, if not yet please open a ticket for improvements

If I understand correctly, you could add a task report macro to the dashboard: In a Task Report or the user could view their tasks under their profile: In your profile

The user shouldnt Switch to their Profile / or the didn't have one.

In the intro Side (Dashboad) the should see the Task Report, but only with their Tasks.

But in the Task Report, i only can define a specific User.
I didn't see a placeholder value for a active/logged in  user.

My vision was the user would use the task report macro set to their user, rather than several users viewing the same macro and seeing different tasks.  For the profile tasks, they can be on any page, click their profile and get to the tasks page for their tasks only:

Yes, know, but I want to manage an overview on the dashboard without any additional Klicks for the user.

there must be a possibility to create a macro, but how to write it, I am not a programmer.

the idea of a dashboard is,

  • give a fast overview about the most important things
  • restrict the view to defined content
  • to be a CENTER in a spider net for TTBD
