I have read many web, but I can't find the way to show the blog to the guest(not user).
Our company need to let the customers to see the discuss in the blog, but when I share the link , it still need to in our team,or the guest can't see any thing.

Can you confirm what type of guest user this is? For example, are you referring to guests from the Confluence Premium External Collaboration early release, or are you referring to anonymous (public) users?
Confluence Standard and Premium also have Public Links that you can enable for individual pages: Share content externally with public links.
