How to set Comala Workflow: Send email macro - language?

Hello Community, 

Is it possible to set one language in the sent email, when email content includes page activity? 
It seems the notification is localized to the user, who triggers the email to be sent.

e.g.: 

On server page activity columns: | 2020-07-09 | Actor | Type | Activity | - English

Email columns: | State | Użytkownik | 2020-07-09 | - mix of Polish and English

Les activités récentes de XXXXX - On other occasion the whole notification email is in French

État	Utilisateur	2020-06-22
Champion Review		a changé létat de {0} à {1}

I would like to ensure, this is all in English.
