I do the same by configuring the following custom notification:
As you see, at 01:00AM it sends me all the pages that were modified during the previous day and uses a custom notification email template (custom subject so that I can use a Gmail rule to move this to its own category). All the details, like schedule, the query that collects the pages, email template and recipients are configurable!
