I believe there is no inbuilt feature yet but they are gathering the interest https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFSERVER-36087?_ga=2.120077576.1016498607.1596679990-642068478.1594945664

But there is an addon that can assist you with email reminder requirements https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1214272/task-reminder-for-confluence?hosting=server&tab=overview

In case the task would be about updating or reviewing documents, you can also use the notification feature in Better Content Archiving. Confluence Cloud page notifications and reminders are also available!

The email content is fully customizable, so you can add your own wording, describing the task and the expected action.

Read more on how to use and customize the notifications >>

(Please note that Better Content Archiving for Confluence is a free/paid and supported app and I'm part of the team developing it.)
