How to restore a Canvas Board (Kanban) on a confluence page?

How does one restore a Canvas (Kanban) board on an old confluence page?

 

Going to "Page HIstory" and then restoring an old version seems to restore all regular text parts of the page, but not the Canvas board.    Is there a separate function for accessing old Canvas Boards?

Andrew,

I'm not familiar with Canvas Boards. Can you please elaborate on what you mean by that? Is this something that comes from a 3rd party add-on, such as Comala Canvas?
