How to resize the second pop element of dialog box on confluence jira

I have dialog box and inside the dialog box i have pop element which content a toolbar. The tool bar has elements like add link, add numbered list and so on. The problem i'm facing is when i click in one of those, they go beyond the dialog box and prevent from seen the whole content of that component. 

Now, I want to resize the element size so that i can see the whole content of the component.

Can you just clarify with us what you're trying to do? Where is this dialog box coming from in Confluence? Are you using a Marketplace add-on, or are you developing something yourself?
