How to remove the restrictions on Space Administration > Restricted Pages?

I'm full admin of both Confluence and a space within it, but I can't still modify page restrictions on that space. I want to add people to be able to adit a restricted page, but can't.
How can I remove the restrictions on Space Administration > Restricted Pages?
When I click the lock icon on Restricted pages it only shows the Page infos.
