How to regain access to my Confluence space and change plan?

I have lost access to my confluence space as my free trail ended on Teamwork Collection. I wanted to downgrade to free plan but no success. I get an error everytime I chose to change my plan to free. I am in the limits of 8 users and few megabites of content. I am an administrator (organisation, billing, confluence and Jira)
How to regain access to the space and get my documentation back?

Hi @Studio STEP , 

I'm sorry to hear that. The issue is that Teamwork Collection does not have a free tier, it's a bundled paid plan.

So when you try to "change to free," it fails because there's no free version of the Collection to downgrade to. You need to cancel the Teamwork Collection subscription and let each product (Confluence, Jira) fall back to their individual free plans.

You can try:

  1. Go to admin.atlassian.comBillingManage subscriptions

  2. Find your Teamwork Collection subscription and cancel it

  3. Once cancelled, your Confluence and Jira sites should revert to their individual Free plans (since you're within the free tier limits of 10 users)

  4. Your existing Confluence content/spaces should still be accessible on the free plan

If you're still getting errors when trying to cancel, or if your content remains locked after cancellation, raise a support ticket with Atlassian directly:
Atlassian Support (Then select billing, payments, etc)

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunalty, I do not have the option to cancel the subscription (I get an error even when I select the Standerd plan). I sent a ticket to support team. Hope they will reply soon
