How to recreate Confluence Quick Link on Sidebar?

I have deleted the "Meeting Notes" Quick Link from the sidebar and now I am not able to recreate it. I have tried creating a new Meeting Notes using the wizard menu but the Quick Link is not created.

I found the problem myself. It turned out that these pages were moved under another page that had restricted access. After getting access to the parent page, I was able to access the Quick Links.
