How to recover Meeting notes?

I created a meeting notes page and documented the minutes of meetings but when i logged back in the next day the meeting notes page was blank? My understanding is Confluence automatically saves on the fly so there is no need to save meetings notes. Can someone assist how i can recover my lost meeting notes?

You can revert back to an old version if you decide you don't like some of the recent changes.
