Hi @Gabriel Castaneda,

You can use a CSS stylesheet macro within the page with the following - 

.aui-tabs.horizontal-tabs>.tabs-menu>.active-tab a {
background-color: #FFE4C4;
}

You can also add border-color, font-color and so on based on your requirement. Also, you can add the same to your space stylesheet to change the tab colors.

Are you a confluence cloud or server user? if server what version?

That green box is the Tip" Macro that you can add to your confluence pages when needed.

There are 4 macros that display in colored boxex: Tip, Note, Warning, Info
