How to paste excel sheet values into confluence database?

I have a row/col values from excel sheet, while trying to paste into Confluence it paste only one cell value not the entire sheet as it does in Confluence table?

You can import a CSV file (or copy / paste your spreadsheet onto the pop up that opens once you click that highlighted button CSV or HTML under Import:

I've tried a few imports of a single sheet csv, the page times-out won't accept the upload. The file is 11Mb, it only has 200 rows, 6 columns, numbers and text in the cells. Created in MS-Excel on MacOS, uploading via fibre broadband connection.

Is there a file-size limit, and is 11mb unusually large for a text/numbers csv?
