How to parse CSV into object?

Is there a way to read the data from a CSV file and then transfer it to a Confleunce page?

You may use additional apps to work with CSV files in Confluence, for example, the Table Filter and Charts for Confluence app and its Table from CSV macro.

The macro allows you to output a table from CSV or TSV data source (URL/Google Sheets&Google Drive or an attached file).

And you'll be also able to work with your table further: filter your data, perform calculations, create pivots, etc.
