How to not reak links when moving pages

Hi,
Whenever a page is moved in confluence a link to that page is broke - especially the Confluence internal ones.
Are there any means in confluence to maintain this in a better was?
Is there a way to put there links to pages not to URLs so that they remain working even if the URL is changing?
Or is there a way to find Links that would be broken if I move a page?
Or is there a way to find Links that are already broken?
