How to monitor for Atlassian Cloud instance on real time such like a JMX?

Because of recently Atlassian Cloud problem,  I'd appreciated if you'd advice how to realtime monitor such like a JMX for Atlassian Cloud instance.

in my opinion the best way to do that is to subscribe for updates here https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/

You will be notified whenever Confluence creates, updates or resolves an incident.
