How to mobile IP allow

We are using the IP allowlist feature in Confluence. However, is there a way to allow access from mobile devices externally? Our company's sales team would like to configure access to the app from mobile devices while still using the IP allowlist feature. Is there a way to allow access only for mobile devices?

You will need to whitelist the range of IP addresses that your mobile's providers use for the devices connected over their networks (which may well include other devices - I regularly use my laptop and desktop over a 4G, soon to be 5G, connection)
