How to make the URL prettier?

Hi, 

I have been looking for solutions to have a prettier URL for some of the pages that we share more often with our clients. We just need it to be remembered easily.

Now it's showing like: https://domain.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SpaceKey/pages/PageID/Page+Title

and we think it would be so much better if it's: https://domain.atlassian.net/wiki/SpacesKey/Page+Title

Or at least hide the page ID

Can somebody point me out where I can get this done?
