How to make confluence labels case-sensitive

Just as in Jira, can we make confluence labels case-sensitive. Currently are labels are converted into lower case with underscore replacing spaces

Hello Suresh,

That is correct labels in confluence are not case-sensitive. I have found this old feature request with atlassian but it is closed :(, CONFSERVER-40646 , you should open a new feature request with atlassian if you really want this to be implemented.
