How to make a page in Confluence responsive

Hello!

I have a page that has a banner for an image and a table. There are some anchors that point to section within the page or other pages. When the page is reflowed to 400% via ARC Toolkit, the content becomes challenging to impossible to perceive.

Is there a way to set images and tables to be the width to "100%" instead of a fixed pixel width as it is now?

I believe I may have found the answer above. There is a responsive and width option. I changed the tables to a width option and will retest using the ARC toolkit.
