How to link text on a page to text on other page?

Is it possible to link a text/comment on a page to a comment on other page in the same space? Ex. Text on pg1 to the text on pg4

Hi @Mohit Khurana 

• In the old editor that was called an anchor and yes it would work. 
• In the new editor anchors don't exist anymore. 
• In the new editor one can copy a linked header and use that in another page to link to. 
• In the new editor one can link comments or words to other pages, but the other page loads the page, it doesn't go to the specific header link (even if one was specified).
