How to insert Children Display Macro into Info Panel?

I want to create a colored box that contains the Children Display macro. 

I used to use the Panel Macro to achieve this affect. Since the Panel Macro is deprecated, Atlassian suggests using the Info Panel Macro. 

I can insert an Info Panel macro, but don't seem to be able to insert a Children Display macro into the Info Panel.

Is there another way to achieve this affect?
