How to implement forums on Confluence?

Hello,

We are in the process of implementing internal communities/forums based on Confluence. Does anyone use this app https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1211273/community-forums-for-confluence?tab=overview&hosting=cloud or know who does? We would be very interested in how the app behaves in live operation.
