Following documentation in https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/how-to-hide-content-author-name-created-by-in-a-page-701600769.html we have hidden author names for our confluence pages.
However, it turns out that mobile view is not affected.
Please let me know how can we make "Confluence Mobile Plugin" adhere to the CSS styles of the page.

It's not yet possible, but there's a feature request for it below:
Please vote on the request in order to show how many users are interested in such a feature, and comment there with your usage case.
