How to give anonymous users the "recently viewed" link?

Anonymous users want to have a recently viewed list/button. Logged in users can use the link in the top menu. How can I give them access to this link?

Umm, you do understand that if you did this, every anonymous user would simply get a list of all the recently viewed pages by ALL users? Which is probably useless unless you're doing web-stats, in which case you should be using the statistics modules or proper hit analysis
