How to get the jira issue count placed on confluence page via C# rest api

Hi All,

We have confluence pages, where page owners are showing jira issue count using JIRA issue/filter macros along with other static data.

So far, we are able to pull the static contents (parsing via c# rest api) but not able to parse the JIRA counts placed in confluence page using the macro.
