How to get help with free version of Confluence

We have a team of less than 10 people and have one free Confluence account. Can all team members work in the account at the same time or can only one team member have access at a time?

One free confluene account? Do you mean the Confluence site? if so then all TEN members can access the confluence site at a time and to access it members need to have atlassian confluence account.

They can sign up https://id.atlassian.com/signup and create a new account for them and confluence site-admin need to grant them the access to access it.

Thanks, I got it figured out. Each team member must sign up with their own sign in. I thought we could all use the same sign in but that did not work!
