How to get help retrieving a deleted page

I accidentally deleted two pages but don't have the permissions to retrieve them - the page is empty. Our out of house Jira admin says he can't access them. Can Atlassian retrieve them for me?

Restore confluence page or jira issue?

When you delete a Confluence page, it moves to the space's trash much like an email moves to your email trash or a file moves to the trash on your computer. The page isn't permanently deleted and can be retrieved, until you purge the page from the trash.

Please contact the Confluence space administrator for this operation.
