How to get an additional credit for confluence

Could you let me know how to get addtional credit for confluence.

When I am to add an application access to a new user, warning message says "Confluence - you have reached the license limit for this application. You have no seats left, but require one to add this user to these group(s): confluence-users.".

I am on atlassian admin page (https://xxxx.atlassian.net/admin/users/), but I can't find out any links or page for get new credit.

You need to go to your Atlassian account and increase the numbers there. Go to https://my.atlassian.com/ondemand/configand log in to do it. You'll need the Atlassian account you set up for OnDemand.
