How to get UUID of My BP Machine?

Model- Omron HEM-7143T1-A?

I'm trying to integrate this machine in my android app. so how to connect this device to my app?

I think you need to talk to your organisation admins.  Confluence is not a system scanner, it's a wiki, and UUIDs of machines, or models are not really what it is for.
