How to get Referrallink from a confluence page?

Mamadou Barry February 16, 2019

I have looked at the confluence doc. But not much of help.

I'm trying to get a referral link of a confluence page. Would someone please explain to me the whole concept of referral in confluence.

I have another question. I have outgoing links in confluence page which I'll redirect the client to upon visiting the page, so I want to save the number of redirects when it occurs.

Please help if you can. It's really urgent! and thank you in advance

Hi Mamadou,

You can link to a page using either the URL in the browser, or get the short link from the "Share" button at the top right of the page (see Share a Page or Blog Post).

There's not a native way in Confluence to redirect users as soon as they land on the Confluence page, but you may be able to find apps in the Atlassian Marketplace for this functionality, such as Redirects and Vanity URLs for Confluence.

However, I'm not entirely sure what you mean what you mean by "referral link". If this comment doesn't answer your questions, it may help to provide more information about what you are trying to accomplish with these links.
