How to get Attachment Macro to sort file names alphabetically - not by file type, then alpha

I have a simple file list and it is set to sort by Name.  However it sorts by Name within a file type.  The .xlsx documents are listed first, then the .doc and then the .docx.  Within each file type they are alphabetically sorted, but I just want the whole list sorted by name regardless of file type.

What you are reporting is actually a bug in Confluence Cloud:

• CONFCLOUD-58682 Attachments macro sort by name parameter do not work

Please go ahead and log into jira.atlassian.com if necessary and click This affects my team. It will help to keep track of the number of affected users, and automatically add you to the list of watchers. You will then be updated as soon as there is any progress.
