How to generate report in confluence

Is there a way I can generate report in confluence(to know what spaces is created) by users, as I want to keep tap on what is being created and if users are creating as per standards I have setup for them.

Confluence has the Confluence Usage Statics as you can see here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/DOC/Viewing+Site+Statistics

Since you're running Cloud version, you might need to open a support case to see if the team can enable it for you.
