How to generate a Confluence Data Center evaluation license when the ordering system is down?

Hi everyone, I am an Atlassian Partner working on a Confluence Data Center 8.5.5 environment. I am trying to generate a 30-day evaluation license, but I keep getting a "system unavailable" error (Ref: 49051640-4e01-11f1-8ca7-0fdae78348b2). Is there a way to generate this manually or a direct contact for partner license support?

Hi @Khaled Odeh ,

From March 30, 2026, you won’t be able to generate trial licenses for Atlassian-owned Data Center products (this doesn’t affect third‑party Marketplace apps).

If you’re an existing Data Center customer and want to try an Atlassian Data Center product, follow below steps. More details in https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/get-a-confluence-data-center-trial-license-1189485221.html

1. Go to Purchasing licensing.
2. In the How can we help you dropdown, select Product trials.
3. In the Choose a topic dropdown, select Trial a new product.
4. At the bottom, select Need more help.
5. In the Your Question field, type in your request.
6. Submit your request

Hi Khaled,

As per the recent changes made from Atlassian, We cannot generate the trial license from my.atlassian.com and need to raise a ticket with Atlassian for the same.

So the only way to get the trial license is through Atlassian support. Please try using some another browser or clearing the browser cache/history.
