I have installed the 6.12 version of Confluence and this morning I have received a request access  notification from one of ower users... We don't want this. We have a structured request system and we don't need to receive request by to ways.

How can I disable this option?

thanks in advance

Hi @IsabelMariaMatas,

If you prefer to disable the ability for users to send an email message to the site administrators, you can disable the form portion of this screen. You can only disable the form if you first provide a 'Custom Contact Administrators Message'
