The link doesn't seem to work.  Could you post the error(s) here instead?

*The connection timed out

Check you can connect to the internet, then try reloading. If there's no problem with your connection, speak to your Confluence admin.*

Looks like either a network error, or Confluence was unavailable while you were trying to submit the page.

You'll need the help of your administrators to find out which it was.

Administrators say that the problem is on the Jira side, and the problem is in my content.
Could there be such a mistake due to the content?

That's no good - the error message is coming from Confluence.  It may well be Confluence waiting for Jira, but saying "problem is with Jira" is useless without telling you what the problem is.  Confluence will have errors in its logs that will show if it is Confluence or Jira that is the problem.  There's nothing you can do without knowing what those errors are.

I am sorry, for mе Jira and Confluence is same. And when I spoke about Jira I meant Confluence.
I can repeat error and you can look in logs

That's ok, it happens sometimes, people are introduced to one, and the other later and conflate the two under the same name.

Yevhenii Borovyk September 18, 2019

This error interferes with my work and appears constantly; my administrators say that this is a mistake in Confluence.
Could you suggest anything? )

Nothing more than "you need to read the logs to find out what is wrong".  I can't help you without seeing the errors.

Yevhenii Borovyk September 18, 2019

Administrators tell me that we don't have any logs, it is on your side

I'm sorry, your partial screenshot lead me to believe you were on a Server version of Confluence, but I now assume you are Cloud.

Atlassian does indeed have the logs, but we here in the Community do not, we're end-users, not admins (although Atlassian support are here as well, they may not pick up support directly from here)

You should raise a call with Atlassian support over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to get started on this.  But be aware that

  • There were some outages reported yesterday that I think they may still be working through for some people, so it may be a very short "we're on it" response
  • If you have a "starter" licence, you will be referred back here.  If that is the case, let us know and I'll ask support to continue this conversation!  (Although they usually beat me to it and pick up before I need to ask)
