Looks like either a network error, or Confluence was unavailable while you were trying to submit the page.
You'll need the help of your administrators to find out which it was.

Administrators say that the problem is on the Jira side, and the problem is in my content.
Could there be such a mistake due to the content?

That's no good - the error message is coming from Confluence. It may well be Confluence waiting for Jira, but saying "problem is with Jira" is useless without telling you what the problem is. Confluence will have errors in its logs that will show if it is Confluence or Jira that is the problem. There's nothing you can do without knowing what those errors are.

I'm sorry, your partial screenshot lead me to believe you were on a Server version of Confluence, but I now assume you are Cloud.
Atlassian does indeed have the logs, but we here in the Community do not, we're end-users, not admins (although Atlassian support are here as well, they may not pick up support directly from here)
You should raise a call with Atlassian support over at https://support.atlassian.com/contact to get started on this. But be aware that
