How to fix " Error rendering WebPanel. Could not find custom mapper jackson2soy for class class com.

Here is the complete error after login to our Confluence web portal:

Error rendering WebPanel (com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.confluence-dashboard:dashboard-server-side-soy/DashboardTemplates.App.serverSideLayout): Could not find custom mapper jackson2soy for class class com.atlassian.confluence.api.model.web.WebItemView

Hello there!

Kenneth, this error usually comes up after upgrade or some customization on Confluence. Luckily, this situation has been mapped before.

I followed the first procedure i.e I added the -Datlassian.plugins.enable.wait=300

argument to Java properties. Then I restarted the server.

But again I am getting the same error as below in the confluence page
