How to filter a specific content from all child pages

Hi

 I have multiple pages for a project. In each of the pages I have a table with a column Status that has data  "Pending"

 

I want to display the items from all pages which is having the columns as "Pending"

 

How can it be done

Hi Tina,

You can use Page Properties Report to collect this data in a single table. The filter this table by Status column with Table Filter macro. Here is a video tutorial.

Hi Tina,

You also could use our Easy Dropdown Menu and use a CQL-Filter in your Page Properties Report Macro. Like that you find only pages with the Status set to "Pending". If the word Pending is used somewhere else on the page, it could be falsely found.
