Hello,
I would like to know how to export the DrawIO image in confluence into xml format / PNG with the XML in the meta data ? The native DrawIO PNG does support embedding xml in the metadata. How to enable this in the DrawIO confluence plugin ? Or how could I obtain the xml of the figure ?
Thanks!
Thanks. I have found an insight to solve this from checking over the page. Thanks.
Thanks @Jimmy James
Actually, my team is going to build something to scan things inside our confluence page and consolidate everything including the figure as well. We would like to automate the whole thing. In most of case, we may not have the permission to edit the figure. I am not sure if it is on-purpose that the meta-data is removed.
I believe that confluence page is plotting the diagram dynamically based the current version of draw.io xml.
Without entering the native draw.io interface, would that still be possible in confluence draw.io plugin ?

@Kelvin Chiu You can export the diagram by editing the diagram in draw.io app in confluence. Click on File--> Export-->XML

If you have the draw.io app installed then you directly connect to the diagrams in the app and can edit there
