How to enable Table of Contents Macro?

Hello, I am not able to enable the Table of Contents macro. I've used it many times before in other Spaces, but in this new Space, it no longer shows up when I search for it. I even tried to copy it over from a working Space, and it just says 'Error loading the extension!"

In the screenshot, you can see both attempts. I also tried searching for it in the top search bar, as well as in the plugin marketplace with no luck in either case.

Is this extension somehow Space-dependent? Is there a way to enable it in the settings? I did not see anything that would enable/disable extensions or macro, or anything different than my other Spaces.

(Also, I've looked through the other posts with this issue here in the forums, but none of them seem to be this exact issue. I know how the Table of Contents should work. I've used it many times before. It just doesn't seem to be working now. Not sure if I should report to support instead? Not sure how to do that)

The Table of Contents macro is still part of Confluence Cloud — it should normally appear in the macro list without needing to enable anything extra in the Space. The “Error loading the extension” message looks more like a temporary issue in the editor rather than something that can be switched on/off per Space. If it continues, I’d recommend opening a support ticket so Atlassian can check what’s happening in your site.

Out of curiosity, what kind of pages are you building where you rely on the Table of Contents? That might help others share alternative ideas in case you need a workaround while this gets fixed.
