There is "jira filter" window, and it doesn't working properly, because of our jira instance is customized, and default filter request "project=XYZ AND status not in (DONE, RESOLVED, CLOSED)" returns error. I need to change this request inside the blueprint

Hi @vasiliy naumov,

Please note that you will not be able to edit any Space Blueprints which comes by default with the system. You will be able to either disable or enable them but will not be able to modify them. In order to access the page to manage the Space blueprints follow the below steps.

  • Choose the cog icon, then choose General Configuration
  • Choose Global Templates and Blueprints in the left-hand panel.

As per your request on Jira filter macro takes up the project name which was initially provided while creating the space to pull the results, you will be able to modify the JQL query by editing the page and then editing the JIRA Issue/Filter macro to change the JQL as required.

Regards,

Vijay Ramamurthy
