How to edit form responses

I created a Confluence Form that lets them fill in a few fields and then submit the form to let my team know there is a new intake request.

I can see the responses, my questions is how or can I edit the content of the response?

Could you let us know which add-on you're using in order to create forms in Confluence? This isn't a built-in feature, so as soon as we know which add-on you're using, we can best advise you.
