How to edit Reponses submitted in Confluence Forms? Also where are these responses stored?

Scenario 1:

If a user submits a response in a Confluence form, can he go and edit the response. If yes, what are the steps and the permissions needed?

Scenario 2:

Where are the responses of Confluence form stored? Is it a database? Can we access the database and run queries on it? What are the steps to access to access the database

I think this will be a 3rd party add on - if so do you know which one you have? Confiforms or Forms for confluence are 2 I know off
