How to drag files attached to a confluence-file directly into an e-mail?

Hey guys,

could you tell me how to drag files attached to a confluence-file directly into an e-mail without having to download the file.

You don't. Confluence is not a file store system intended for duplicating (possibly instantly obsolete) files to other services, it's a wiki.
